We know that moving into a new property can potentially be a stressful time, we aim to make the moving process as easy for you as possible. One of our friendly team will help guide you through the lettings process, we will also be available after you move in to your new home in the unlikely event that there should be any difficulties.

Below we have listed a number of items that are required of you and what will be expected of you once you move into a property.

Before you move in:

• You will require a minimum of 1 calendar months rent and a security deposit, this is usually 1 months rent.
  
• You will need references, and identification. Usually a character reference and previous landlord information.

After you move in:

• You will need to pay the monthly rent
• You will need to take proper care of the property
• You will need to pay the utility bills for the property as agreed with the Landlord, such as gas, electricity and telephone
• You will need to pay council tax, water and sewerage charges as agreed by the Landlord
